REMOTE CONDITIONS
If I had more vacation days, I would go to Perú with you.
Si tuviera más días de vacaciones, me iría a Perú contigo.

If I went out with him, I would be a very frustrated woman.
Si saliera con él, sería una mujer muy frustrada.

If I lived where it was warmer, I would exercise more.
Si viviera en un lugar donde hace más calor, haría más ejercicio.

If I won the lottery, I would buy you a new house.
Si sacara la lotería, te compraría una nueva casa.

If I didn't have to work, I would go with you.
Si no tuviera que trabajar, iría contigo.

OPEN CONDITIONS
If you go with me, I will go.
Si me acompañas, iré!

If he tells Ana, she will help him.
Si le dice a Ana, lo ayudará.

If we go to Florida, we will visit Patricia.

UNFULFILLED CONDITIONS
If you had gone to the party, you would have had a lot of fun.
Si hubieras ido a la fiesta, te habrías divertido mucho.

If it would have been me, I would not have given him a second chance.
Si hubiera sido yo, no le habría dado una segunda oportunidad.

If we had studied French, we would have gone to France.
Si hubiéramos estudiado francés, habríamos ido a Francia.

They looked at us as if we had lied.
Nos miraron como si hubiéramos mentido.

If he had talked to me that way, I would have left.
Sí él me hubiera hablado así, me habría ido.

If I were you, I would have told him how I feel.
Yo que tú, le hubiera dicho como me siento.

If I were in love with him, I wound not have broken up with him.
Si estuviera enamorada de él, no habría roto con él.
(Note the first part is in the impercect subjunctive, because it speaks of a hypathetical state in the present rather than the past.)

SHOULD
HUBIERA + past participle, with "would have" and
"should have" statements.

I should have gone first.
Yo hubiera ido primera.
(Yo debería haber ido primera)

Oh... I should have invited them to come!
Los hubiera invitado a venir.
(Los debería haber invitado a venir).

I should have done all my homework last night.
Hubiera hecho toda mi tarea anoche.
Debería haber hecho mi tarea anoche.

They should have told us the truth.
Nos hubieran dicho la verdad.
Nos deberian haber dicho la verdad.

We should have arrived earlier.
Hubiéramos llegado más temprano.
Deberíamos haber llegado más temprano.

Porque se puede decir hubiera o hubiese. Son iguales.
Yes I've noticed that all the verbs have two forms of the imperfect subjunctive.
Examples like tuviera, tuviese. Hablara, hablase.
Pero es más común decir tuviera y hablara, quisiera, etc.

CONVO WITH MARIA
Also I've noticed that often in spoken Spanis habría is replaced by hubiera.
For example:
Si hubiera ido contigo, creo que me hubiera divertido.
en vez de
Si hubiera ido contigo, creo que me habría divertido.

Si y como el ejemplo arriba de
Yo que tú, le hubiera dicho como me siento.
Aquí reemplazamos habría con hubiera.
